You can live without art.
But I don't want to lose the Japanese art "kimono".
So,I'll make it.
Let's wake up the kimono sleeping in the wardrobe.
I want to tell you how wonderful kimono is.
Now is the time to deliver a rich life.
Craftsmen think about the design of a kimono.
They make threads and sometimes dye them.
They weave a fabric, draw pictures and dye them.
And then it's the tailoring of the kimono.
Then it will be delivered to the person who wears it.
These are all the handicrafts of those who inherited Japanses culture.
I want to face the thoughts of each craftsman and the thoughts of the wearer.
I will remake the kimono with those thoughts.
I want to remake kimono into bags and pouches, and keep those thoughts.
I value "Japan" that we can use everyday.
There is always a sewing machine close to me in my life.
My mother left me a lot of kimonos.
When I saw these kimonos, I was full of feeling that I wanted to live.
My mother always supported me.
And this time too...
I want to say "thank you" to my mother who met me with these kimonos.
A kimono is one piece. There is no same work in the kimono remake.
It's all one-of-a-kind.
I wash my precious kimono one by one. I'll go into production after I remove the dirt.
I'm making it carefully with all my heart.

One day, 3months after I started posting on Instagram.
"Would you to exhibit at Japan Expo Paris ?"
I'm going to exhibit from this DM.
Jump over the local market and go to France !
When the price hasn't been set yet.
I wanted French people to feel close to Japanese culture, so I sold it at a price that was easy to get.
Thanks to you, 80 works have been sold out.
There was an invitation to exhibit at the Asia Folklore and handcraft Festival from "Kumamoto x Mongolia Project".
She works on employment support and cultural exchange for Mongolian women, and is passionate about handcrafts in each country.
This time, there was a request for a workshop, and the workshop debut was in Mongolia.
I had everyone make a tassel charm because it was completed in a short time and had a "feeling of accomplishment".
Everyone's smile when it was completed was wonderful. It was a fun time !
The customer's face appears in each work you oder.
It's all by leaving the design to me.
Thank you for trusting me.
I like manufacturing that allows me to see the customer's face.
I will continue to make it as much as I can from now on.
"Fukusa"
In Japan, when it's a celebration, I put money in a gift envelope and bring it with me.
The pouch for the gift envelope is "Fukusa".
It's something special, so I want something my own.
Of course, you can use it with your usual pouch.
